For Patients

Welcome to your PulseNote Health Journey

By selecting "I Agree," you are joining a movement to secure your medical future. Under the Personal Data Protection Ordinance, 2025, you acknowledge the following:

  • Your Personal Health Record: You are the primary owner of your data. You authorise PulseNote to act as your secure digital vault (data-fiduciary) to store and organise your prescriptions, symptoms, and medical history.
  • AI-Enhanced Care: To ensure your safety, our AI will help structure your records and flag "crucial history" (like allergies) for your doctors to see instantly.
  • Shared Access for Better Health: You agree that your medical history may be accessed by healthcare providers you consult with to facilitate a "continuous care" model.
  • Managing Your Consent: You have the right to access, download, or delete your data at any time. Please note that under Section 5(4) of the Ordinance, if you choose to withdraw consent or delete your records, you accept full responsibility for any legal or medical consequences arising from the absence of that data in your future treatment.
  • Data Integrity: While PulseNote provides a secure environment, the accuracy of your medical findings rests on the professional relationship between you and your doctor.

For Healthcare Practitioners (Doctors)

Practitioner Terms of Service & Statutory Commitment

By selecting "I Agree," you are enrolling as a professional user of the PulseNote infrastructure. You acknowledge your statutory duties under the Personal Data Protection Ordinance, 2025:

  • Role as a Data Professional: You acknowledge that as you record patient symptoms and diagnoses, you are a processor of sensitive personal data on behalf of the patient.
  • Direct Security Responsibility: In accordance with Section 21(5) of the Ordinance, you acknowledge your direct legal liability to maintain the security standards of the data you access and input. You agree to protect your access credentials and ensure no unauthorised disclosure occurs.
  • Commitment to Accuracy: You agree to ensure that all digital prescriptions and medical notes are accurate and up-to-date, fulfilling the "Integrity" principle of the law.
  • AI Transparency: You acknowledge that PulseNote utilizes AI to structure your natural-language notes. You agree to review these records to ensure they reflect your professional judgment.
  • Statutory Compliance: You understand that the unauthorised or reckless transfer/sale of patient data is a violation of Section 43, which carries individual administrative penalties from the Authority. You agree to use the platform solely for the purpose of patient care and legitimate medical operations.
